TriGranit to open E244m shopping centre in Zagreb
Hungarian CEE developer TriGranit plans to open its Arena Centar flagship Croatian shopping-entertainment centre in Zagreb, valued at E244m, at the year-end. Arena Centar, covering 175,000 sq.m., will offer 60,000 sq.m of retail space and will be the only larger shopping-entertainment centre to open in Croatia this year. (See PIE 157 for full story)
