France's Weinberg Capital raises new E250m fund
Paris-based private equity group Weinberg Capital Partners said its Weinberg Real Estate Partners 1 investment fund has raised E85m from French and European institutional investors. With leverage it has total investment capacity of around E250m which it will start to activate in the near future. Laurent Halimi, property fund manager, said target assets are E10m-E40m in size.
