Albania's Balfin launches first mall in Skopje, Macedonia
Albania-based Balkan Finance Investment group plans to invest E68m in construction of its first regional shopping mall in Skopje, Macedonia, with GLA of 35,000 sq.m. The scheme, on a gross built area of 96,000 sq.m., will be built on a 32,000 sq.m. site west of Skopje, and will have three floors of shopping and entertainment space.
