BNP Paribas REIM launches E500m French retail fund
BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management has launched a new French OPCI real estate fund with the aim of investing E500m in retail property within the next three years. The fund has been set up in partnership with supermarket group Casino and has already invested E159m. The fund is BNP Paribas REIM's third OPCI institutional fund, focused in retail.
