NL's Corio in E1.3bn acquisition of Multi assets, developments
As long expected, Dutch shopping centre REIT Corio has acquired from NL's Multi Corporation a portfolio of four shopping centres in Germany, Spain and Portugal, plus a development portfolio of five projects in Germany. The first will cost E662m, and the latter E660m, giving a total investment of E1.3bn, which Corio will fund in a combination of an offering of new ordinary shares, and existing bank facilities.
