Batipart, Delfin end shareholder pact in France's FdR
The two leading shareholders in French REIT Foncière des Régions have ended their shareholder pact by mutual agreement. Batipart and Delfin gave no explanation but said they both remain confident in FdR's ability to develop and strengthen its profitability. Batipart holds a 14.1% stake while Delfin holds 21.6%. FdR has a free float of 64.2%.
