Swedish investment deal volume seen higher in 2010
Transaction volume for Swedish property investment should continue on an upward trend throughout 2010 with increased investor appetite emerging from domestic institutions, property funds, German property funds and international pension funds, according to realtor Savills. Transaction volume so far in 2010 is already over 55% higher than in 1Q09.
