Finding value in Europe seen difficult despite crisis
European property investment manager Europa Capital surprised with an audacious deal in Spain last year with RREEF and AREA, but is having difficulty identifying value for another E730m in equity unallocated since the crisis started, one of its principals, Noel Manns, told PIE in an interview.
