Germany's Colonia aims for moderate 2010 growth
German residential property group Colonia has confirmed preliminary figures showing consolidated income after taxes for last year of E9m, turning round an E83m loss in 2008 - with operating profit up to E35m, also reversing the prior year's E58m loss. It said the data clearly demonstrated that it has successfully mastered a turnaround and restructuring.
