Italian real estate returns 2.5% in 2009
Italian commercial property delivered 1.5% total return over second half 2009, giving 2.5% for the year, according to Investment Property Databank. Its Italian real estate index annual return was made up of a 2.8% capital depreciation and a 5.4% income return.
