Worst seen past for Moscow office
The Moscow real estate market is past its worst period and is now experiencing positive trends and some revival, says Cushman & Wakefield Executive Director Kirill Popov - in line with a similar judgment by CB Richard Ellis. CBRE also sees a healthy level of activity in Moscow office in the first quarter. Both firms confirm a revival compared with 2H09.
