Germany' Colonia reorganises to integrate subsidiaries
Cologne-based listed property group Colonia Real Estate is to integrate all subsidiaries, including its CRE Resolution asset management arm, to provide a comprehensive service platform. It has made management changes in the process. CRE Resolution managing partners Christoph Wittkop and Maximilian Isenberg are to leave the company, and Eckhard Holländer is appointed general manager.
