France's IEIF launches residential price index
France's IEIF real estate research institute is launching a weekly residential property price index with US analytics company Radar Logic, which already developed an index based on the price paid for residential real estate in 25 US metropolitan areas. IEIF Managing Director Guy Marty said there is a real need for a similar index for the Paris Ile-de-France, and the first such index is scheduled for release on 19 April.
