New Hussey-Jones firm Almacantar raises E150m
Former Land Securities executive Mike Hussey and ex-Grosvenor European head Neil Jones have raised E150m in equity and made the first close for their new London and Paris office investment company Almacantar. The equity includes E100m invested by Exor, the Turin-based investment vehicle of Italy's Agnelli family and majority shareholder in Fiat. It provides an initial investment capability of E300m.
