AIM's Alpha Tiger invests E83m in Spain mall
The AIM-listed Alpha Tiger Property Trust has invested E83m to acquire the 49,516 sq.m. shopping centre H2Ocio in Rivas-Vaciamadrid, 20km southeast of Madrid city centre in Spain. The seller is Rivas Futura, a unit of Madrid-based developer Grupo Avantis. Alpha Tiger will invest equity and mezzanine of E14.7m, and has raised a seven year non-recourse senior loan package of E75m to finance the deal. (See upcoming PIE Editions for full story)
