Gazit's Katzman to join Finnish Citycon board
Chaim Katzman, chairman of the Israel-based Gazit Globe, is to join the board of listed Finnish shopping mall group Citycon in which Gazit has a holding of around 48%. The Helsinki firm announced an extraordinary board meeting to increase membership to 10 from nine to accommodate Katzman. It gave no reason for the move. (See upcoming PIE Editions for full story)
