France's Klépierre on disposal track, rents up 4.6%
French shopping centre REIT/SIIC Klépierre has made E48m of disposals so far this year as part of its overall asset disposal program of E250-E400m. Meanwhile rents rose 4.6% in the first quarter amid initial signs of a recovery in retail sales.
