Luxembourg's Holfidis nears retail fund close
Specialist retail real estate fund manager Holfidis is near to the first close for the three sub-funds of its New Europe Property SICAV-SIF, registered in Luxembourg, and is finalising a first pool of investors to acquire E347m of high-quality portfolios in its target markets of France, Germany and Poland.
