Allianz closes expected Rome buy at E440m
Allianz Real Estate has closed the widely-speculated acquisition of the Porta di Roma shopping mall in Rome, Italy, from Porta di Roma and Gallerie Commerciali Italia. The total volume was in the order of E440m and Allianz has assumed an existing loan provided by a consortium lead by BNP Paribas. (See upcoming PIE Editions for full story)
