AIM-listed Carpathian refinances E109m Riga mall
London's AIM-listed commercial property investor Carpathian has agreed a refinancing structure, allowing completion of its E109m city-centre retail scheme Galleria Riga in the Latvian capital. Senior lender Nordea's revised debt facility totals E59.9m of which E40m has been drawn.
