AIM's Carpathian refinances E109m Riga mall
London's AIM-listed CEE commercial property investor Carpathian has agreed a refinancing allowing completion of its E109m city-centre retail scheme Galleria Riga in the Latvian capital. Drawdowns from existing facilities had been restricted due to breaches of agreements, including a shortfall in pre-leasing. Senior lender Nordea's revised debt facility totals E59.9m, of which some E40m has been drawn down. (See upcoming PIE Editions for full story)
