Belgium's Banimmo raises E75m in bonds for acquisitions
Belgian real estate company Banimmo, a unit of French REIT/SIIC Affine, has raised E75m through an issue of five-year bonds with warrants to be used to finance acquisitions. If all warrants are exercised, this will lead to a capital increase of E51m aimed to strengthen equity and improve the liquidity of the stock by facilitating entry of new shareholders and expanding free float.
