CEE fund Atlas Estates to delist from AIM
CEE property investor and developer Atlas Estates, listed on London's Alternative Investment Market and in Warsaw, is being acquired by its co-founders and will be delisted from AIM. The 90p-per-share offer from Fragiolig, a unit of Israeli-based founding shareholder Izaki Group, values Atlas at £42m and has gone unconditional. The offer will remain open until 21 June.
