French Gecina's former chairman Rivero under investigation
Troubled French REIT/SIIC Gecina is on a path toward sorting out disputed corporate governance after shareholders voted down a controversial stake purchase by former chairman Joaquin Rivero of a firm he and a partner owned. Rivero is now under investigation by French authorities.
