Hamburg's alstria nears REIT-equity minimum
German REIT alstria office posted first quarter revenues and funds from operations down 10% and recorded net profit of E8.4m, turning round a loss. It remains focused on boosting its equity ratio back above the 45% minimum allowed for German G-REITs. alstria's REIT-equity ratio rose to 44.1% from 40.3%.
