LSR in $119m Saint Petersburg housing development
DSK Blok, a subsidiary of the Saint Petersburg-based LSR, has won a $119m contract for new housing construction from its home city valued at RUB3.6bn ($117m). DSK Blok will design and build three residential panel buildings in the Moscow district of Saint Petersburg. Founded in 1993, LSR is a development firm, whose majority owner is poltician Andrey Molchanov.
