NL's Corio reverses loss in exciting first quarter
Dutch shopping centre REIT/FBI Corio boosted its direct result 13% in the first quarter, dubbed
exciting by CEO Gerard Groener. Major changes in its holdings included its massive E1.3bn deal in Germany with Multi Corporation, and a major E440m acquisition in Italy with Allianz.
