Immofinanz says completes restructuring with bond buyback
The newly-merged listed Austrian Immofinanz has reached agreement on a complex financial restructuring including partial repayment of a controversial e516m bond by a Liechtenstein firm and the transfer of more than 100 companies held by the associated Constantia Packaging. Chairman Eduard Zehetner said the move has completed the extensive restructuring of the group. (See upcoming PIE Editions for full story)
