Perella, CA Immo said bidding for Austria's Europolis
The US investment boutique Perella Weinberg and Austrian listed property group CA Immo are bidding for the Europolis property investment unit of Austria's cooperative banking group Oesterreichische Volksbanken, Bloomberg News reported. The firm which had assets of e1.5bn at year-end, mostly in central and eastern Europe, and reported a e177m loss. Volksbanken had hired Lazard to seek a buyer.
