Apple, Andik said competing for Barcelona asset
US technology group Apple and Isac Andik, chairman of clothing retailer Mango have both made offers for the Banco Sabadell building at Paseo de Gracia 36, Barcelona, according to industry sources. Competition for this type of prime asset is fierce in Spain's commercial real estate market, and the property is said to be attracting offers around E50m.
