Austrian Immofinanz recovers most of E516m bond
The newly-merged Austrian Immofinanz has reached agreement on a complex financial restructuring including part-repayment of a E516m bond by a Liechtenstein firm, and the transfer of 113 companies held by the associated Constantia Packaging. Chairman Eduard Zehetner told a news conference the move has completed the restructuring of the group.
