France's Klépierre boosts equity by E190m in stock dividend
Shareholders in French shopping centre REIT/SIIC Klépierre have accepted, by a majority of 84.6% of voting rights, the proposed payment of the 2009 dividend in stock. This allows it to increase equity by E189.5m via the issuance of 7.6m new shares or 4.2% of issued equity.
