Perella, CA Immo bidding for Austria's Europolis
The US investment boutique Perella Weinberg and Austrian listed property group CA Immo are among firms bidding for the Europolis property investment unit of Austria's fourth-largest financial institution, the cooperative banking group Oesterreichische Volksbanken. Europolis had assets of about E1.5bn at year-end, mostly in central and eastern Europe.
