French REIT FdR aims at E159m in share dividend
The annual meeting of French REIT Foncière des Régions has approved the option of paying out the 2009 dividend in a new issue of shares that could raise up to E159m in fresh equity and put the group on track to cut loan to value ratio to around 50% within the next 12 months. The issue price of E65 per share is well below the recent stock price, and will be offered as an alternative to the cash component of E3.30.
