Sony Center price said to be close to E600m
South Korea's National Pension Service, the fifth largest pension fund in the world, has confirmed it closed its first acquisition in continental Europe with the purchase of Berlin's Sony Center. It gave no price details but industry sources said it paid close to E600m in an all-share deal, taking over a holding company from owers Sireo, The John Buck Company, and Morgan Stanley's real estate fund MSREF VI International.
