Sweden's Vasakronan in E565m housing sale
Sweden's largest property company Vasakronan, owned by national pension funds, has sold its residential property firm Dombron to one of them, the Fourth Swedish National Pension Fund, for a price based on an underlying value of SEK5.4bn (E565m). The sale is one of the largest housing portfolio transactions ever in Sweden. Dombron owns 8,000 apartments in Stockholm, Uppsala and Gothenburg with a total area of 480,000 sq.m.
