Colonia looks to expansion as restructuring draws to close
Cologne listed group Colonia Real Estate has almost completed its financial restructuring and re-focus in the aftermath of the economic crisis. It now has enough capital to actively seek opportunities to expand its housing portfolio, says the group chief executive.
