Italian real estate targets coming social housing boom
The introduction of Italian government support for social housing via subsidised loans from state-owned banking group CDP has brought a welter of activity from developers and investors, many of whom are attending the EIRE-Expo Italia Real Estate trade fair in Milan this week.
