UK's Continental Property pays E142m for Madrid hotel
UK-based Continental Property Investment, the investment fund controlled by British investor Boutros El Khoury, has paid E142m to purchase the Triangle Princesa hotel in Madrid from stuggling listed real estate group Metrovacesa - the largest Spanish hotel transaction this year so far.
