Property Direct scouts Europe for housing portfolios
The Paris-based Property Direct Group, headed by British-born Danny Silver, is scouting western Europe for residential portfolios, bringing US-style financing techniques for home buyers through 'hard money financing.' Silver told PIE the firm is interested in many European markets and has backing from private banks and high-net-worth individuals allowing investment of up to about e200m per portfolio.
