TriGranit transfers Romanian mall to Immofinanz
Hungarian developer TriGranit has transferred Polus Center mall under construction in Constantia, Romania, to Vienna-listed Immofinanz for a symbolic E1, plus assumption of debt. Immofinanz now groups the interests of Immoeast following the merger in April, which already had the highest exposure to Romania owning assets worth E1bn
