Swiss Züblin back to profit in 2009/10; France improving
Zurich-based listed group Züblin Immobilien Holding turned in a net profit in its financial year to end-March of CHF10m, turning round a loss of CHF202m in 2008/9. Operating performance was strong despite lower rental income and its CHF1.5bn investment portfolio benefited from improving market conditions in its largest market, France.
