Allianz shops for E235m French mall
The Allianz shopping spree continues - with another shopping mall. The Munich-based insurance giant has signed a deal to acquire 75% of a regional mall in the department of Yvelines, west of Paris, from British REIT Hammerson. Espace Saint-Quentin is valued at E235m; Hammerson will keep the remaining stake.
