Poland's Echo unveils E1.2bn 5yr investment plan
Warsaw-listed Polish property group Echo plans, by 2015, to invest over E1.2bn to construct 13 commercial centres, 16 office buildings, 26 residential projects and a hotel. The firm plans to finance this 2m sq.m. in new build through target credits for subsidiaries, current and turnover credits and a bond issuance program - as well as from property sales.
