UK's Resolution buys first Polish mall at 10% yield
UK-based European property investor Resolution has made its first acquisition in Poland buying retail mall Galeria Pomorska in Bydgoszcz from Babcock & Brown for E50.75m on behalf of its Resolution Real Estate Fund III. The initial yield is 10%, said advisor CB Richard Ellis.
