Vienna's listed conwert bids for associate ECO
Vienna's listed group conwert has launched a takeover bid for associated firm ECO at E6.50 per share, a premium of 16.5% on the closing price. conwert holds 24.9% so that the bid volume, if fully accepted, would amount to E167m. CEO Johann Kowar said the bid is an optimal solution to enhance the value of ECO which has a commercial portfolio of E732m
