Aareal starts early repayment of SoFFin stake
Wiesbaden-based property financier Aareal Bank is starting repayment of the silent participation by the German Financial Markets Stabilisation Fund SoFFin earlier than announced, with an initial transfer of E150m. It will also use the remaining E2bn framework guarantee for a future bond issuance; none is however planned at present.
