Austria's CA Immo wins Europolis with E272m bid
Austrian listed property group CA Immobilien has agreed to acquire the property investment and asset manager Europolis for E272m, beating out other bidders. Seller is the Austrian cooperative banking group VBAG. Europolis has a property portfolio of e1.5bn, focused on eastern and southeast Europe. (See upcoming PIE Editions for full story)
