French Viveris sets E1.3bn investment plans
Marseille-based real estate manager Viveris REIM is looking to invest E400m over the remainder of the year and E900m in 2011, says its chairman Frédéric Bôl, who founded the group in 2007. Viveris focuses on OPCI open-end funds, and has been the leader in the sector for the past two years. Bol said the group has a "ferocious" appetite for investments
