Hungary's SCD in E200m office development
Hungarian property developer SCD Group is investing E200m in a Budapest office project to convert a 100-year-old military academy into a top-category office park. The first phase, involving conversion of two existing buildings into 15,000 sq.m. of rentable office space, is expected to be completed in 1Q11.
